Grab a friend and come join RISE31 and Cabo Flats in a 30-minute indoor cycling fiesta!

Enjoy fun music, a friendly atmosphere, and great vibes! All fitness levels are welcome to participate.

There will be two time waves- 7:15pm and 8:00pm. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your starting wave so we can help you get setup and ready! Nine riders max per wave. 

Make sure to hang out after for a complimentary house margarita and happy hour specials from Cabo Flats!
